Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Toke Makinwa, Alex Ekubo at TEFFEST 2019 to discuss Possibilities in the Entertainment Industry
After an eventful day at the Fair and Festival, The Entertainment Fair and Festival (TEFFEST) concluded successfully on Friday, November 29th fortifying its leading position as the continent’s most important Entertainment Business platform. The dynamic atmosphere in the Podium Hall was shaped by the lively discussion, exchanges of expertise and celebrations that ensued.
With panelists from comedian Alibaba, Ayo Subair, Efe Omoregbe, Alex Ekubo, Idris Olorunnimbe, Bisola Aiyeola to mention a few from the three insightful sessions to moderators Omotola Jalade – Ekeinde (who doubles as the TEFFEST Convener), Richmond Osuji and Frank Edoho and guests like Craig Fenton – Google’s director of strategy and operations, Obi Asika, Joke Silva, Monalisa Chinda, Ibinabo Fibresima, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Eyinne Nwigwe, Toke Makinwa, Osa Ighadoro, amongst others.
“I had an amazing time. Thank you! I honestly cannot wait for next year. I just followed. Thanks a billion, ma’am. So much value gotten today. Bridging the Knowledge Gap. It was an agenda-setting event. I hope to take a more active part next year. God bless you,” read a number of comments from attendees, as gears are in motion for the 2020 edition already.
Convener Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde in her opening address reiterated that The Entertainment Fair and Festival (TEFFEST) is about promoting possibilities in the entertainment business, which followed after the keynote address from special guest Craig Fenton, who went on to emphasize the importance of proudly African content and shared a selfie with the guests; his address opened for the Young Entertainers Conference which was moderated by the actress and convener Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde; with Bisola Aiyeola, Alexx Ekubo, Captain E and Maleek of Slickcity on the panel.

Their session spilled to the Google break out session lounge at the TEFFEST ground for questions with panelists and special guest Craig Fenton and it was followed by the second session moderated by Richmond Osuji with Efe Omoregbe, Idris Olorunnimbe, AGN secretary Abubakar Yakubu and Simeon Okoduwa. Frank Edoho went on to moderate the third and final session before guests moved on the Silent Disco ground which was surrounded by the exhibitors and vendors.
The Entertainment Fair and Festival went on to deliver on all it promised and more as the most important showbiz event of 2019.
