BN Cuisine: How to make Croissants with Aroma of Zanzibar
In this video, Tanzanian food blogger, Aroma of Zanzibar, shows us an easy way to make the French pastry Croissant.
It is a buttery, flaky and really yummy pastry. It is mostly eaten as a breakfast or an appetizer or you can also have it as a snack. You can always add a little chocolate spread to make it extra yummy.
Ingredients
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup warm water
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
3 tsp yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
4 TBL Butter
