Immediate past President of the United States of America, Barack Obama recently received the John F. Kennedy Profile in Courage Award which recognizes living public officials at the federal, state or local level whose actions demonstrate the qualities of politically courageous leadership in the spirit of Profiles in Courage.

He took the opportunity to shower praises on his wife and former First Lady, Michelle Obama. The Obamas were in the White House from 2008 till they left this year and Obama expressed his gratitude to his wife for being with him even when they had left the position of the First Citizen. He then declared his love for her while stating that America was indeed lucky to have her as First Lady.
