We are finally feeling the independence fever all around Africa. As several Africa countries including Nigeria are celebrating their 50th year of independence.
In Nigeria, October 1st of the big day and it is very timely that the new issue of FAB Magazine which has been tagged “The Emancipation Issue” is hitting newsstands soon.
Since the launch of the magazine earlier in the year, it has added a new flavour to the West African magazine landscape with innovative themes, styling, photography and art direction.

Here are all the details on the new issue of the magazine:

The highly anticipated third issue of FAB Magazine is about to hit the streets of West Africa with a 176-page bumper fashion issue. Arriving just in time for a new season of FAB fashion, ‘The Emancipation Issue‘ celebrates Nigeria at 50 and the FABulosity of African fashion. Readers can expect exclusive interviews with Oscar Udeshi and Professor Andrew Ramroop as well as Nigeria’s own Mai Atafo and get a closer glimpse into the wonderful worlds of King of the Hourglass, Yemi Osunkoya and the Queen of Couture, Deola Sagoe. Somali/Filipino model Amira drops in for a chat on Blackbery chats while Somali/British model ‘fabilicious’ Natalie Suliman shares her beauty secrets on FAB Body and Soul.

In true fashionista style, ‘The Emacipation Issue’ is packed full of men’s and women’s fashion editorials – a dazzling variety of the season’s latest looks, trends and accessories presented in 8 different shoots. From ‘The Nomad‘ shot in the heart of Nigeria to ‘The Forgotten‘ dedicated to the kings and queens of African tribes, FAB has been around the world again to get you the best of fashion.

      FAB Magazine has done it again! UK folks are so proud. Ordered my copy online on tuesday and just got it in the mail about 5 minutes ago! I believe US folks can also order their copies online. This is sweet!

      What is up with these ? Where is the aesthetic here ? Please get some graphic designers who know the concepts of colour theory, typography, bottom line create a an image, your magazine is a brand you know
