It’s time for another edition of BN Pick Your Fave.
This one cuts across geographical boundaries once again with Nigerian star Susan Peters alongside African-American reality TV players Teairra Mari and Evelyn Lozada.
The dress in focus is a showstopper by Jovani. The illusion dress with strategically placed sequins was inspired by a similar dress presented by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad for the Fall 2010 season. That version of the dress enjoyed its red carpet moment when Katy Perry rocked MTV Movie Awards.

Teairra Mari was spotted at Rico Love’s birthday party in Miami last week. She stood out in the Jovani mini dress which she paired with a sequined clutch and nude pumps. Her long wavy locks and diamond drop earrings completed her look.
Susan Peters was well ahead of the curve as she rocked the dress a few months ago at the NAFCA awards in Raleigh, North Carolina. Susan wore a pair of ivory platforms and iridescent pantyhose. She accessorized with a pair of diamond earrings and swept her long locks down one shoulder.
Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada celebrated her birthday in Miami a few weeks ago. She gave the Jovani dress its most recent outing as she paired it with Christian Louboutin Lady Daf 160 Nude Mary Jane Daffodile Platform Pumps. Evelyn wrapped her hair up into a chic modern bun.

First of all all the ladies look lovely. The dress looks great on Evelyn, it really compliements her complexion and I love that chose to wear it with nude tights, I only wish it was a little longer on her so it would accentuate her gorgeous shape even more. That’s a trick I’ve noticed Kim Kardashian uses and it really works, you would think that because Kim is petite she would raise her hems to show more leg and make her appear taller, but she’s all about the shape and because her curves are so banging you don’t really notice that she’s short.

I prefer Teairra Marie’s look. Her hemline is just right and loving her banging curves. Susan Peters looks good but for the shiny tights with the peep-toe shoes. Though I don’t like Evelyn Lozada cos of her BBW antics, it’s undeniable that she’s got a great body. She would have won it for me if only her hemline was just a bit longer and she lost the nude tights. Her hair looks great BTW

i’ll go from worst to best. susan worst, when will women learn that tights on peep toe shoes noever ever goes. then white lossy tights on dark skin? if she’d gone for a tan colour it might have worked. next is tierra, looks like d dress is wearing her when it should be the other way around. no umph to the outfit but she hot. and then d zany, spunky evelyn. from pulling her hair back so the entire focus is on the dress, to her nude tights which macth her skin perfectly(not that she needed it but if i’ve seen how she parties, the dress could be up in d air before d end of the night).
