When she makes a mistake or does something wrong they would all clamor on her like flies on sh*t calling her all kinds of names instead of giving her good and proper constructive criticism. When she does well they all vanish into thin air. Enemies of progress is what I call them. The only time they ever have something to say is when the person is falling. They want to by all means possible drag the person down. Toke keep up the good work and improvement.
