The Eagles Soar! Nigeria Defeats Mali 4-1 to Reach the Finals at AFCON 2013

The Super Eagles of Nigeria just put up another great performance at the African Cup of Nations in South Africa with a smashing win of the semi-finals match. The Eagles beat the Les Aigles of Mali 4-1 to clinch the finals ticket.
The Eagles have been exceptionally brilliant and have soared against all odds even when many didn’t believe in the team.
Nigeria will now play either Burkina Faso or Ghana who are scheduled to play the other semi-final match shortly. Who knows, we just might win the gold.
We are so proud of them and wish them the very best!

sooooooooooooooooooo proud, happy for the eagles
Very well done. It may be our year this time around and that will be one for the history books for Keshi; he’s won as a player and as a Coach/Manager. All the best on Sunday. Dropping Yobo has been the best thing he did during the games, not to talk of Osaze, Martins and Yakubu not making it.
Shame unto ‘OLAMIDE’ for saying Other rappers be like Niaja dem no dey reach Finals. Hope by now he should go rewrite the lyrics to that song, because Naija don reach Finals. What else.. abeg ‘ Go Down Low’. Bring on Burkinafaso, the super Eagles will eat them up like fufu. Bring on Ghana… we’ll also eat them up like chicken. God Bless Nigeria.. We’re bringing the Cup Home. Follow on Twitter @Chris_ayojoseph
Wow so proud of them, to see nigeria and ghana play in the finals would be EPIC, forgot that just see them in the FINAL is wonderful

YES! that trophy is ours! Let’s go eagles #supaproudofmyeagles
My question now is:- What if the Super Eagles fails to win the Cup on Sunday, Nigerians are we still going to believe in this TEAM? NFF will you still give coach Steven Keshi the chance to build this Team? Nobody believed in this team, even myself. Guess by now it is clear that only ‘TIME AND CHANCE’ will tell. I’m So Proud to be a Nigerian. God bless everyone who traveled from everywhere to South Africa to cheer the Super Eagles to victory, God Bless Guinness Nigeria for sponsoring 200 Nigerians to South Africa, finally God Bless this Great Nation. @Chris_ayojoseph
