Gidi Up is a thrilling adventure centered around the lives of four friends in pursuit of happiness, success and independence. However, a few wrong choices quickly turn their Lagos dreams into a Gidi nightmare.
In this first episode (New Beginnings), we’re introduced to Obi, Tokunbo, Eki and Yvonne as they each prepare for big chances in their lives.
Watch this 8-part webseries to see how Tokunbo (Deyemi Okanlawon), Eki (Oreka Godis), Yvonne (Somkele Iyamah) and Obi (Karibi Fubura) deal with love, sex and making a living in one of Africa’s biggest cities.
Also starring Lynxxx, Burna Boy, Bimbo Manuel, Najite Dede, Segun Arinze, Temi Dollface and Daniel Effiong.

Hey, just an observation, the girl on the right wearing black. Seen her in some movie and tv series on AIT “tales of eve”, pretty young lady with good acting skills. But noticed she doesn’t promote herself or the projects/production she is involved in, her name is always left out. She was also the young lady in beazy video “over and over” and Tiwa savage “ife wa gbona” . Lol see me rambling lol, I follow her on Twitter n she seems pretty cool. Doesn’t seem like she is interested in the fame and publicity. And her name is Kc Ejelonu

If she were a good actress, I’d say it’s less about her not being interested in fame and more about her simply being an idiot. You don’t sit on your ass waiting for someone to notice you or blow your own trumpet.
But, like I said, that would be the case, IF she were a good actress. Which she isn’t.

Is it me but it seems they copied the concept of ‘love,sex and marriage’ that featured on Bellanaija sometimes last year.
i see where you are coming,cos this is also centered on the lives of young adults like the love,sex and marriage,and both are web series.but i wouldnt say they copied

this series is of the hook, am really impressed with Oreka Godis didnt knw she had acting strings, but but the only person i noticed was Obi, he is such a terrific actor, every other person did great, couldnt also help but notice the iconic bimbo manuel, could go on and on, from the montage, the picture quality……cant wait to see the other episodes
i think yvonne is dating Bimbo manuel(Sugar daddy), and i also think dt Bimbo manuel is Oreka Godis father, am sure, *wink wink*
