BN Music Premiere: Praiz – Rich & Famous

Published

 on

After his Afro-Dance attempt with “Jekalo”, Praiz is back with a Reggae/Pop-infused “Rich & Famous” where he soulfully croons in a style which seems more at home to him. “Rich & Famous” seems highly reminiscent of Travis McCoy‘s & Bruno Mars“Billionaire”. What do you think?

Enjoy!

Sorry but he should leave the Forbes background alone. It’s screams, tacky and a little desperate.

I’m finding him more annoying. what’s with the multiple jacking of swag? First, sounds like John Legend (same as Josh Osho) and then records a song in the style of “Billionaire” similar instrumental and even the subject of the song. The lack of originality is too glaring. As an ardent studier of the industry, the only people who ever really make it big and last long, are the ones with individuality. people whose voices can be distinctly identified on the radio and have their own style/niche. E.G Akon, Rihanna et al. He should drop this wanna be thing please(i don’t think it’ll work in his favor)..when it’s not like he can’t sing.

Calm down oga! Stop hating on people doing their thing! What are you using your talents for? To put people down? Lets see you in the spotlight and judge you too!

look musicians always copy each other as long as praiz is still himself and he is not trying to sound like bruno mars. me likey thumbs up ,there is definitely a difference between this song and billionare.
