Cosmetics brand Maybelline New York has released its 2014 calendar featuring some amazing models complete with bold and beautiful looks for each month of the year.

The calendar was shot by Kenneth Willardt who was inspired by “confident women, brave inventors and revolutionary innovations” that impacted the history of Maybelline New York. It features models Emily Didonato, Charlotte Kemp Muhl, Julia Stegner, Charlotte Free, Shu Pei, Jessica White, Daniela de Jesus, and of course, Erin Wasson, a leading Maybelline “It” girl.

The looks, created by global makeup artist Charlotte Willer, range from futuristic beauty to retro glamour.

    why did they use more of white ladies especially when marketing to an African country. Are they saying it is more of a brand for the white skin. Not a smart one for me. No Racial undertone o!!!
