I SOOO agree with you… I guess just like Iyanya, he wants to move to a different type of music. He wants to make money. Like they say, “if it ain’t shaking, it ain’t selling”.

praiz’s voice is not good for these type of songs. such a strong voice wasted on generic music. he looks weird in the video, i imagine him cool and collected, not all this waist whining, etc. i wish nigerian musicians choose craft over money, all he needs is a good manager/publicist and he will get the right functions with his amazing voice. creating a niche fetches more money in the long run than joining millions of others with the same type of songs, which means more competition.

You Nigerians can be very dump. Chris Brown sings R&B you’ll like, he sings pop you’ll die. Your own is switching up and giving you varieties you are quick to judge.

People have different tastes. What you consider good music is what others might consider boring. Don’t use your standards to judge everybody.
