World Fashion Organization to Name Proposed University after President Jonathan

President Goodluck & Patience Jonathan - February 2014 - BellaNaija
GEJ and fashion? Not something we saw together but it is great to see that The World Fashion Organization appreciates our commander-in-chief’s Bayelsa style.

So much that the organization has revealed plans to name the institution in Bayelsa after President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

The WFO took the decision in recognition of Jonathan’s achievements despite security challenges. It was revealed in a statement signed by Daniel Iworiso-Markson, the Chief Press Secretary to the state Governor Seriake Dickson.

The Goodluck Jonathan World Fashion University, according to the statement, will be equipped with a research centre, amphitheatre, faculty of social sciences, conference centre, textile plant building, sports complex among other facilities.

GEJ who was represented by Edem Duke, the Minister of Culture, Tourism and National Orientation, expressed gratitude for the honour at a Gala Night held in Yenagoa.

He stated that the creative industry contributes 40 per cent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) across the continent.

On Boko Haram, be rest assured that this present administration will handle Boko Haram and it is going to be a thing of the past. The president is making the right moves and Boko-haram will be a thing of the past

    What does that even mean?

It means that the people are seeing the giant strides the president is taking and they have decided to hour him. We should celebrate our own and not always wait for outsiders to do that for us.

LOL, what strides? you’re literally speaking out of your ass. There has been no forward movement and nothing has been solved. This is not the time for us to sit back and “hope” that everything will be OK. people are dying every day and living in fear, while our incompetent so-called leader is doing nothing. the people who have decided to honor him my naming the institution after him are doing so, because they received money for it. end of story, stop being so blind and naiv.

Thank God, FACTS cannot be hidden, it speaks loud and even results. The result of President goodluck is speaking for him and that is what WFO has seen before they now want to honur him. No matter what the challenges are the nation is facing at this time . it does not change the fact the Jonathans administration is making the difference. and YES president go on and represent us in our cultural dress, so that we can set the pace for the world to follow.

So Mr. James aka Daniel ( the icon lets us know when the same person posts a comment twice dumbo). Your response is as vague as the so called “world fashion organization”. A group/organization formed in the bedroom of one or two individuals, who throw in one fake oyinbo or two into the package and your gullible asses fall for the madness. How exactly would the president tackle the security crisis? Specifics please. Naming a fashion institute after the president is called kissing ass 101. Does Bayelsa really need a fashion institute at this time? Bayelsans learn to crawl before you try to run and stop this embarrassment. Airport and better hotel never stand yet we won host all the things we don see for television.
