with all due respect, i think D’banj should focus more on his business, entrepreneurship… than music. its not the same d’banj and after the breakup his music has not done so much. so instead of wasting energy, money etc on music and the likes of tonto dike… he should focus on his entrepreneurship conquest. i am honestly coming from a good place. this is in no way belittling him. i just think he has the right to know the truth.

Music is his passion so i do not see him letting it go irrespective of how we feel he doesn’t have the “IT” factor anymore.
His business will definitely bring money but he will always go back to his first love…music.
This song is not actually bad but not the same with the Don jazzy feel.
      All the best to him.
I am actually shaking to the song, so that is a plus. There is hope for him.

I started to feel the song from the 2nd verse.. It is a good effort, but I believe Don J. would have started this same song on a different and catchy tone.. Though a nice beat, but it initial hook was just too flat.. The N-word is not necessary, it took away from the song in my own opinion.. My plead to Dbanj is for him to make some kind of deal with Don, or just humble yourself completely and go back to Don Jazzy, it is not just about getting a nice beat..
When i first started listening to the first verse, my comment was “Useless Song, and Waste of beat” – but then from the 2nd verse, it did make a little more sense, just without the N-word.. hope the critic syncs.. I love you D-banj..

First it was lively, then it was ok nothing new, then some amazing melody kicked in (1:50 – 2:00, basically a rush of blood to the head, wonderful vocal work) and then well, I’m still coming off that high.

This song has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, his use of the ‘N’ word diminishes the quality of the song. Soooo unnecessary.

I do be damned if anyone buys the junk of iTunes!! I wouldn’t even download it for free.. Imagine me driving with my parents and lil cousins in the car & this N word comes up.. This is what happens when you try to be something/someone else.

Kokomaster, why na?? Wetin be dis? You sound like your prodigy, Pokolee. Haba na!

I used to think this boy was really talented, but each new track he releases offers further proof of the stark reality that he is, sadly, hardly a musician., performer or entertainer. Dapo should have given up when the ovation was thunderous i.e. after Oliver Twist.. Biko, just focus on your koko garri and quit assaulting our aural senses with your laboured tunes.

plz the “N” word should be reserved for use among black AMERICANS. africans should not use this word with themselves oo! as u can see if u call your self a nigga u will be treated like a dog to be killed on the road

Beef aside……because many are still wallowing in the sentiments of the break up which is unnecessary because nobody really knows what happened and besides Don Jazzy is doing just fine…Infact great!…. D’banj ia a talented entertainer and this is a very catchy song…I would’ve said nice song but the lyrics are too ghetto language…..if only himself and many talented musicians out there could be more mature and channel their talent to cleaner and more meaningful lyrics it would be just fine. As for me I like the song….. It should be censored and he should get over his putty mouth that always sings about sex…..FYI spread love not hate or beef….u all can beef him all u want he will never go hungry. All he lost was his popularity so no need to drink Panadol when there is no headache really.

I guess he got to flap his hands in a Kanye West video for 3 seconds so now he’s earned the right to use the N-word? Great Mr. Dapo, so you are accepting that you are less than human…what was it black were considered by whites…1/3 human, a slave, a work horse, a sub par human? So now we know who and what you are, D’banj. MTCHEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWW Naija always learning all the uselessness of other societies. This is a word that EVEN AFRICAN AMERICANS intellectuals and other decent folks cringe to hear the young one throw about because of the suffering that came with that word and here is this person born FREE and fully knowledgeable of his culture and tradition leaving all that to promote the word that demeaned a race of people for centuries.

Money can’t buy class or wisdom. And to think people hero worship this dude, I really shake my head in pity.
