The song had a lot of promise and then she started reggae/rapping. ??? what’s that about. This Di’Ja has talent but doesn’t give the impression of a musician with a clear direction. Maybe it’s female Nigerian musicians??? Cos it’s the same vibe I get from Tiwa Savage. Beautiful and talented, but too busy trying to compete with the guys and so they get lost. Neither here nor there. They need to be true to themselves in spite of the male-dominated industry.

If there’s anything i love about Marvins, it’s their beats. You can tell Don Jazzy is\was a bassist. I love hearing the different instruments especially the drums. Not your typical beats; emphasis goes on the beats probably even more than the lyrics so it’s a win win situation for listeners.

LOVE the beat of this song! It’s so refreshingly different from the tuke tukeke beats that are common with most Nigerian musicians now. Well done Don Jazzy for this breath of fresh air with this new beat. And I think I heard some Hausa/Fulani inspired sounds on the beat too? Noice! Really Noice!
