Get the Toned Legs You’ve Always Wanted! Follow These Work Out Routines by Ada-Ari

Think of how hot your toned legs would look in shorts… Still thinking about it? Well, here’s what fitness trainer Ada-Ari Agbim has to say about how to tone your legs.

In just 5 minutes, you will break a sweat and feel the burn in your thighs as you engage in a variety of squats and a combination of lunges and repeaters. Try these routines first thing in the morning and enjoy working out to African music.

For proper lunge technique, always make sure that you have a long stance between your feet – so long, that your heel cannot touch the floor. To lunge, drop your back knee so that you have a 90 degree bend in both knees, and your front thigh should be parallel to the floor. Brace your abs, lift your chest, and relax your shoulders for proper posture.
