American moneyed stars have long formed nesting places in choice eye catching districts such as Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Bel Air Estate, and others where they hobble with their own kind. In Nigeria, where the rise of Nollywood has brought in its wake the proliferation of stars there is not yet a clear territory where celebs live collectively until now. Richmond Gate Estate is fast living up to that name, an urban paradise where a 4 Bed Terraced home will set you back N100 million!

Lies, Lies and wait for it……More lies. This haven people realised that people arent buying houses there, heck, i think Ay has probably paid off half of his mortgage on his own property. Its after lekki for Pete’s sake. AFTER…not IN. let him that has ears (and internet to check nairaland) verify what the spirit is saying

Are you saying its in Épé?
Because that stretch in it’s entirety is Lekki, until you get to Épé.

      Ps
Lekki phase 1 stops at Ajah.
Phase 2 starts from Abraham Adesanta… Refer to Lagos State Masterplan

100Million? I weep for Abuja! If this same property was in a choice area like Maitama or Asokoro, we’ll be talking of 300million and above, even some houses in Garki are more than 100million that aren’t even half as nice as this. 4 bedroom terrace houses in wuse 2 are going for between 150-200M, slightly more than jabi, Utako e.t.c

I’m glad we’re evolving beyond the templates /copy and paste designs most of our architects use. Beautiful homes.

Dont worry, we would leave that side and go and build in kosofe local government.Let those prices drop, no reason why standard pf living should be that high when the basic neccesities are not even affordable either.Shebi na to sleep and enter the same sun we dey.

My senstiments exactly! Is it that the water is cleaner, the air is freaher, or the roads once you’ve left the propoperty are better. Naija as a whole needs to take a few cues from kenya, tanzania and SA and work on its over all structure. Making a “prime” still doesn’t blind us from the crazyness that is lagos. When the lights go off are these houses exempt? Mtcheeww. Expensive for nothing

You have to be stealing government money to be able to afford buying a property like this. An average salary earner cannot save up for this. They really need to cut down real estate. Its unnecessary overpriced.

Can same priority be given to low-cost housing… just make accomodation affordable and accessible, this whole luxury apartment issue is over rated.
