Unbelievable! Man Reportedly Climbs Tree & Refuses to Come Down Until Buhari is Sworn In

Man Climbs Tree for Buhari

Could this truly be real? We’ve had trekker, bicycle riders, and donkey riders traveling long distances to support their favourite politicians. And now, it looks like we have tree climbers.

According to some Facebook gist floating around, the man pictured below climbed a tree in honour of president-elect Muhammadu Buhari, and says he will not climb down until the new government is sworn in.

According to reports, the man is a husband of two and father of five named Mallam Kaura, who climbed a tree at Kantoma in Kurgwi, Quan Pan LGA of Plateau State since Friday 22nd May 2015 and says he will only come down once Buhari comes into power.

On another hand I love this. I pray Buhari gets to see this so he will know that he’s our present hope and he can’t afford to mess up and break our hearts.

His neighbours should line the floor around the tree with broken bottles and sharp objects untill May 30th. And make sure he isn’t given food or water.

That why they will assist him achieve his objective.

It would be kinda unfair to call him demented, but it won’t be so bad to assume he’s not alright.

He’s got the publicity he wanted (probably expecting a cash reward like his fellow “sportsmen”). With people like this, Darwin’s theory that he (and his pals) evolved from apes would still be considered valid… except he climbs down ASAP to prove he’s not just another transistor-radio-listening Bonobo.

If people (I mean the non-bonobos now) won’t stop giving people of his ilk unnecessary attention and reward, someone will wake up tomorrow and decide to swim to Sierra Leone in honor of “a certain Patient Dame”.
