Wash daily??? Are you guys seriously serious?? I am natural and I wouldn’t wash daily even if you paid me to. Casabella, just because this is a paid ad doesn’t mean that you should just lift any web info and paste.*facepalm* and I opened this post with so much hope.:|

When I saw “wash daily…” I couldn’t even believe it. I had to open the post to confirm I was seeing clearly. Even my TWA, I don’t wash daily talkless of long natural hair.

LMAO. Omg! I came to join the “wash daily” chorus. Unless I blow dry hot, my hair needs a whole day to air dry. Wash daily bi ti bawo? I am pretty sure all that daily shampooing is stripping your hair of much needed moisture. Who wants to be doing the LOC everyday tori olorun? Different hairs and textures. so we cannot all do the same thing. I have always taken all these hair advises with a pinch of salt and a shot of tequila anyways.

you are very correct! Casabella got it all wrong, washing you hair daily takes the natural oil off your hair making it loose its gait.

Washing daily is very important. When you was out hair you are increase blood circulation in to the hair follicles, you moisturiser your strands all of which will increase growth. That is why women of other races can grow long healthy hair. If the daily washing is too time consuming for your lifestyle, I recommend doing it twice a week. This will really increase moisture retention and Lord knows how dry African hair is.

Madam, do you have a job? And have you ever heard of the spray bottle?? Pls stop misinforming people. Washing does nothing about moisture retention; its the practices before and after washing that do that.

I am not misinforming anybody. Boo I am doing my masters!! Get your life!! Don’t come for me unless I send for you. I have been natural for five years now and I have waist length hair. I think I am qualified enough to dish out advice.

All i can say is that whoever wrote this piece is not really a naturalista. However, the products advertised are good brands for natural hair.

Wash hair daily? No way, why wash hair daily, I believe instead of washing hair daily you can spray hair to be slightly damp, do the LOC method to moisturise hair. I don’t accept this method. I recently did a big chop and I only wash my hair sometimes once a week or once every 2 weeks but I co wash in between.

Washing daily applies if you are using a ‘hydrating’ shampoo. Its not bad to wash your hair daily provided you’re using the right product
