    congratulations.

the best gift u can ever give ur child is that american citizenship. that is the best gift any reasonable parent can give their child. american citizenship is something money cant buy.

I feel bad for all the unlucky kids who are born im this dump called nigeria.

@ Bruno: U r just so shallow. Isi adiro gi mma! It’s your own kids that will be unfortunate. My parents had me here and I’m proud of that. I had my kid in Nigeria by choice and i’m unreasonable?. By choice means I can afford to have a dozen kids in d states but chose not to. Is it not d same America many hypocritical Nigerians cuss out for legalisation of gay marriage and yet are dying for them to be citizens? Let’s just say you can’t guarantee which way ur kid will swing.

Omawumi biko, congratulations. God bless you and ur lil one

theres nothing u can amount to if ur born in nigeria. the highest u can ever be is a politician in a government office who steals money. that is the highest u or ur kids or any body born in nigeria can ever amount to.

thats 99.9 percent pf nigerians, thats their goal to be a politician who takes (steals) money.

life has no meaning in nigeria. trust me.

omawumi giving birth to her child in usa means she has big plans for her kids. she’s a good parents. giving birth to ur child is a first world country is a clear sign of good parenting. it means u have big plans for ur kid. omawumi is giving her son a good foundation amd a good start in life by giving birth to him in usa. her son already has an edge over many kids who are born in nigeria.

being born in nigeria is not a good foundation for any child. thats why I feel so sad for many unlucky who are born daily in this mess called nigeria.

You guys need to stop wasting your energy on Bruno. By now, you all should’ve realized he’s very demented and absolutely empty-headed. How many of his comments make sense? I don’t blame him, I blame BN for continually posting his comments. I don’t understand how some people’s comments get screened by BN, yet Bruno’s comments that are ALWAYS inappropriate always gets posted.
It’s funny how people abuse America because of legalization of gay marriage, and Canada (that legalized it since 2005), and other countries, UK, The Netherlands, etc, yet they still run to have their babies, line up at their consulate for visas, etc. Today, BN commenters will abuse these countries, and how they’re cursed, tomorrow, they’ll say giving birth in Nigeria is a curse. This Bruni though, smh. You’re a joke.

Congratulations Omawaunmi! 1 boy, 1 girl. Now, you can rest. God bless you and your beautiful family. Xoxo❤️

My dear Bruno, I understand your point but please don’t overlook the fact that destiny is controlled by God Almighty. I was born and raised in Nigeria which I am very thankful for and left to come over to Canada and thank God I am a Canadian today. What I have achieved in life ( academic and other wise) is based on my upbringing in Nigeria which I am very thankful for. The fact that a child is born in Nigeria does not in any way determine the destiny of a child negatively if the parents really focus on helping the child’s development. If a child is born in the USA ( believe me, I have seen many irresponsible parents here) and doesn’t have good parental upbringing it still amounts to nothing. It is what a parent gives a child ( morally, spiritually, financially, etc.) that matters.

      @ Bruno

You are such a drama queen and pessimist. So, bcos Nigeria will not allow you to openly be gay, it’s a dump hole. I mean, Nigeria has a lot of issues but many are born, raised and still living there and are succeeding.
Since you are so desperate to come to the land of gays aka America. Next time when those oyibo missionaries come to naija, ask them to adopt you. Or go to naija embassy and ask for asylum….

    Congratulations to you Omaaaawunmi

Having babies in Nigeria or Oversea is the grace of God, some have their baby oversea and lost the baby while some also have theirs in Nigeria and still lost the baby, i don’t support discrimination, having abroad or Nigeria is by Choice and some by Fate but my Choice is also to have mine oversea safe, sound and in good health.

    I’m happy for OMA….

@ Bruno u r very foolish to sae that if u don’t raise yo child in e ryt wae they will become nobody in life, we hear of so many pple that were born or raised in American but they still cum bek to Nigeria to search for greener pasture and better life. Do your research very well they are couple of business man and women, actors and actresses who moved back to Nigeria from America cos they wanted to better their lives in Nigeria. some of those pple who moved bek to Nigeria we began to know them cos of movies they act or cos they are now in entertainment industry which made them celebrities today. Look at Osas Ajibade she moved to Nigeria frm America and became successful in her career if she remained in America w wouldn’t have known her. everything is here in African dear the sooner u realise that Africa is rising the better

Unfotunate people like Bunor are the ones who rush to be security men, morgue attendants and hustlers overseas. I was born in Nigeria, grew up with 3 friends all born abroad 2 in the US, 1 in England… After secondary school they all left. I felt alone and defeated. Tried getting visas then and was denied twice! Faced my work… Today, I travel everywhere in the world with my entire family staying in the best hotels etc… The sort of money I spend. None of my 3 friends have ever seen it In cash! All from Naija and what’s more? I don’t work for government , never have… Most times when I travel abroad , US and UK , I actually sort some of those born there. Duches
