The 45-year-old legend not the only spotlight at the event as her 4-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe stole the show with their cuteness.

The event was also attended by Brett Ratner, Lee Daniels, and L.A. Reid and according to E! News, it was at the event that Lee Daniels revealed Mariah Carey will be appearing on the upcoming second season of Fox’s hit show Empire.

For the event, Mariah Carey wore a custom black sequined gown by Yousef Aljasmi. She accessorized with silver jewels and Jimmy Choo ‘Toga’ pumps.
