Controversial SA Pastor Mnguni Claims to Have Commanded “Spirit of Snake” to Possess Woman

Controversial Pastor, Penuel Mnguni of End Times Disciples Ministries Church is once again a hot topic on social media due to his bizarre claims.

You will recall that recently, he claimed to command “the spirit of gay” to possess a male member of his congregation.

And now, he claims to have commanded “the spirit of snake” to enter into a woman.

Here is what happened, as reported by the church’s Facebook page:

All night prayer (2015/08/21)

Demonstration of God’s Power

During the service the man of God Prophet Penuel commanded the Spirit of Snake to enter One of the Congregants, Sister Naomi from Soshanguve (Ext 1). She began to manifest as the Snake and the man of God commanded the Spirit of Snake to come out. The Woman was set Free. We have the Power to control every Kingdoms without being possessed, for we are raised above all (Colossians 3)

The pictures look like she was getting ready for a stage play…scripted, if you ask me! Anyone remembers the Reverend Jim Jones who also made some of his trusted worshippers act out scenes of deliverance etc.

Shit hit the fan when he got caught (even coerced members to follow him to Guyana, away from public scrutiny) and he ended up killing all his members and himself. You either drank the apple juice laced with cyanide or got shot!!

God have mercy on us all….

I wonder what the blogs hope to gain by publicizing this nonsense…

I heard something recently and it comes to mind every time I see a write up about this man. The person said “the fact that a person performs miracles or has the gift of prophecy is no confirmation that he or she is of God. The true test is whether or not such acts of miracles or prophecy bring glory to God”. So this chap ‘prays’ snake and gay spirits into his congregants, good. How does it glorify God?? SELAH.

And this is a story worthy of publication because? It’s obvious the man thrives on attention and the media’s doing a good job giving him loads of it. I really do not know what to make of this “news”
