Tobor Esiri & Victor Akinyooye tie the Knot in Budapest
Tobor Esiri, daughter of late renowned actor Justus Esiri and sister of Mavin star Dr Sid tied the knot with her longtime love Victor Akinyooye yesterday in Budapest, Hungary.
The Nigerian/Hungarian groom and his bride selected the destination as it is one of their favourite holiday spots and due to the groom’s Hungarian heritage.
The lovebirds who met in January 2011 got engaged in November 2014 and the rest is joyous history!
The couple had celebrated their traditional engagement in Lagos in July.
Congrats to the happy couple.

Beautiful combo for the trad’
Can’t stand seeing oyinbo wearing awful colors like yello agbada for Nigerian traditional outfits. l don’t care what the color scheme for the event is. some color combo just do not suit oyinbo’s.

Bhudapest? Relatives live there? Anyway, I am thankful that Bella took the time to properly describe the groom. Quite unlike what Lindaikeji did which was to focus on his skin color – “french man”. Perhaps he is even half hungarian and not french. Our inferiority complex can become quite overwhelming. The man in Nigerian and we should celebrate him as a person and not his skin color.

Thank you all, to clear the air on this. Victor Akinyooye is the child of Engr. and Mrs. W.G Akinyooye, a native of Ifon-Osun in Orolu local goverment of Osun State, Nigeria. He is a prince by birth, half Hungarian, half Nigerian. Thank you Bellanaija for getting it right, i read other posts from other sites and it was totally wrong, good journalism is making investigation before publishing articles. Am proud of bellanaija. Wale Akinyooye, cousin to Victor.
