Did Alamieyeseigha Really Build a Tomb for Himself Before he Died?

According to a Facebook user named Sony Neme, former Bayelsa state governor, Diepreye Alamiyeseigha, built a tomb for himself before he died.

Governor Seriake Dickson is said to have visited the burial site on Wednesday. The building reportedly houses the tomb.

Nigerians ….Awon Ole , Onye Oshi, Ino..80% of the populace would enrich themselves given the same opportunity.

How people worship thieves like Tinubu, Atiku, Amaechi,Sylvia etc , bow down to say “eka aro” but crucify an accused Ijaw man makes me believe that Nigerians have got a long way to go and we are in no way united and that minorities are on their own!!!!

How people turn blind eyes at magnificent Oriental buildings and several hotels branded and un branded built by Tinubu not to mention houses, wealth gotten from embezzlement tells me that Nigerians, especially most youths are cowards and sycophants!!!

Nigeria politics have taught me that No man or woman from major tribe or ruling party in Nigeria is a thief!!! Fayemi, Atiku, Fashola,Amaechi are living examples.

Buhari cowardly choice to probe only the minority GEJ and not OBJ, IBB, Yaradua……says it all.
Accuse this purported tomb, but what do you have to say about 78million Web site, 400million pedestrian bridge, 50 million naira bed, 60 million Ette TV, Haliburton, Siemens……..
? The criminals in Nigeria are they only Ibori, Deziani,Alameyesigha,GEJ all from similar Geo region?????????food for tot!

Nigerian hypocrisy reeks to the clouds!!!!

@nene+ thank you! The hypocrisy is disgusting! They look for the minorities and use them as scape goats and Nigerians come on here and spew all sorts of bile their evil hearts can conjure, one even went as far as insulting the entire ijaw clan and the Naija delta, yet they want us to believe in unity ?? I will not support corruption when push come to shove, but what punishment is ascribed to our brothers in the north who steal in broad day light ?? the northerners think they own Nigeria and the westerners cower behind them. When will us southerners and even easterners see how these people have been using us for their personal gain yet would still throw us under the bus when sh*t hits the fan and stop allowing them spew all sorts of foolishness towards us.
Lastly as regards this house they built for him, even the one they built for my late grandfather was bigger and the man wasn’t even a politician so please let’s give this “he’s building with stolen money” gist a rest abeg, it is stale, the man is dead and he can be accorded whatever final respect his family deems fit.

I am particularly worried about your school of taught!!!! You mention hotels and all. Do those facilities provide employment to people? Will a Tomb provide anything reasonable to the society? Whoever you are…..think before writing!!! Tribalism is still evident in Nigeria, starting from people like you who feel some set of tribes are being antagonised. It’s not the tribe……it’s the individuals and their works… one has said other politicians are not thieves

    • True Nigerian

      October 16, 2015 at 8:11 pm

You are a PDP apologist and not objective at all. You are the one dividing Nigeria with your biased tribalist mind (Bigot)
      1. Is Ameachi not from minority? According to you he is from the majority.
      2. All northerners that are investigated are all minorities abi. Open your eyes …
      3. Tinubu is not a saint and have you heard anyone claim that Tinubu is not a theif? However, most of all the rumors are not true. What’s the proof he owns oriental? From correct source, he does not own it. I can tell you that for a fact. However, he is better than Alams because he was richer than Alams before he became Gov and he has companies employing people while Alams stole and did nothing for Nigerians. Note: it does not mean that Tinubu will not be probed and I pray all of them will one day.

If you continue to protect thieves from your tribe in the name of tribalism, you will not help the Country. The reality on ground right now that Nigerians are always faced with a choice from 2 devils when voting. When people support a lesser devil with reasons. The opposition says you are been biased. One day we will have to choose between a saint and a devil and we won’t have these argument again.

For now, Tinubu, Fashola and co are better than Alams. Do you want to know why? Bayelsa is the richest state in Nigeria with the highest allocation per citizen and even landmass. Tell me what Alams did with it?

Please this victim mentality needs to go. All the politicians that stole including the likes of Tinubu you mentioned are all theives. Nobody is painting them as saints (at least not me). I don’t know how you guys just pick tribe out of everything and claim to be the poor victims. We’re first Nigerians before any ethnic association. And saying that an entire region(SW) cowers behind them is old abeg. Have you maybe considered that they made their choice and the fact that it makes you feel a certain way doesn’t make it ‘unfair’.
We owe our country a duty and if all you see in everything is tribe, then you need help. Thieves are theives and should all be tried irrespective of their status. Cos going by your logic, we should all just close our eyes to the few that have been exposed rather than demand justice cos we don’t want to offend tribes.
That said, I don’t believe for a minute that this man is dead. No be here we dey

You die, you are buried in the dirt, like everybody else, the end. You are remembered for your works not by the size of your tomb.

  5. All Lies

    October 15, 2015 at 4:34 pm

These are all lies. They are cooked up to make people believe he died.
If he is truly dead, you would have heard president, governors, ex officials sending in their condolences
He must go face his charges.

A junior brother of his showing a picture of o a man they are claiming to be him on life support. (His face not really shown so you can’t tell if he is the one or not

This one too is a lie. The building houses the tomb? story for the gods. So that the day they claim they are burying him, they will restrict the media to the outer area and bury the wood alone?

Uk authorities, no worry, after them don do everything finish, abeg go dig the grave to know who is inside. Let there be a lying in state to see the corpse.

    Politicians can do anything

      October 16, 2015 at 5:19 pm

Who is this Sony Neme guy making these claims? Where is the tomb? All i see is a half finished house? How did Sony arrive at the conclusion that Alams built this as a tomb? Did BN make any attempt to confirm the accuracy of this claim? This just sounds a little outlandish for belief!

I’ve never believed that this guy is dead. Anyway, this is the height of greediness, building a mansion to house a dead body, when there are many sleeping on the bridge. It’s truly unfortunate, if you like be buried in your jeep, you’re already dust.
