    Awwww bless you. Omo the struggle is real oh especially when you love food like myself . When I decided to change my lifestyle my biggest challenge was McDonald’s Apple pie? I used to have maximum 6 a day. it was 99p as well so you can imagine my joy but then I changed my eating for two months I cut out RICE and of cos the apple pie. As a wholeeeeeeè by the end of week 1 my bloated looking stomach reduced drastically from cutting out just rice oh. I was like omg ??????? calorie counting helped me very much as well I dropped a dress size in 2 weeks . I can also suggest insanity exercise videos ?Please note that you might pass out oh ?? myself and my sis almost died haha but I was consistent and omo I lost weight and my booty was just popping lol. Start by cutting rice out for one week don’t eat brown rice sef you will see a difference immediately and oh yesss BRAN FLAKESSS did me gooooòood ,Someone suggested it because it helps digestion but it will make you fart a lot i had it everyday for breaky and it worked wonders for my waist line as i wasnt bloated from all the medemede i was choppin . RICE IS WORSE THAN ISIS LOL . good luck x

      God bless you. RICE is my BIGGEST weakness. Jollof rice and Thai fried rice. The worst thing is; my favorite Thai place is sooo close to my house, as in less than 1 mile and it’s just $8.00. Sigh.

      Every time I cut rice off, I lose about 3 lbs in a week. The moment I taste rice, I’m back at square one. Also I drink ONLY water, no juice or soda ( minerals).

      Oh and my swallow stays (Amala) with seafood Okro. Since Amala has less calories. AGAIN. Drink a lot of water sisi yemmie. NO sugared drinks and you ll notice a huge difference. I also don’t eat after 6pm. Fit fam struggle is real.?
