#NaturalHairInspiration: Teyonah Parris’ Goddess Braid at the Chi-Raq Movie Premiere in New York!
You can always count on Hollywood actress, Teyonah Parris, to give you some amazing natural hair inspiration!
Yesterday was the premiere of her new movie “Chi-Raq” in New York City, and the night was filled with celebrity sightings and fab red carpet fashion.
To attend the event, Toyonah rocked a stunning embroidered fringe cape dress by Marchesa and she looked so lovely, but it was her hairstyle that got our attention.
Teyonah had a jumbo goddess braid that was all the rave in the #NaturalHairCommunity.
The hairstyle was created by Khamit Kinks salon and it looks like they had loads of fun creating the look. It features weaved cornrows towards the centre of the head, after which the ends were woven and tucked into a small high bun. We love how retro yet modern the look is and we are definitely on board for more.
