Today, we’re featuring two Kenyan creatives. Lifestyle blogger/vlogger, Sharon Mundia of This is Ess is showing us how to recreate some yummy brunch recipes with food vlogger, Mandi Sarro. They recreate the classic pigs in a blanket with pancake wraps and sausages, french toast bites with strawberries and a plantain & bacon dish that had my mouth watering! It’s similar to pigs in a blanket so we’ll call it plantains in a blanket 🙂
