The WIN with WISCAR Mentoring Programme is a high impact, competency based programme designed to facilitate an effective mentoring relationship between experienced professional career women and progressive career women in order to encourage professional growth, provide strategic guidance and develop skills to move Up, Up the career ladder!

Over a 12-month period, mentees will embark on their personal WIN journey that will transform their personal and professional lives.

This programme aims at assisting young women make informed career choices and tackle professional challenges in a constructive manner through a structured yet personalized mentoring conducted by top level professionals to enable them to actualize their dreams and achieve their potentials to build a better nation.

Criteria for applications:

Programme I: WIN with WISCAR 1 (WWW1) – Talented Beginners

• 1-3 years post-NYSC work experience
• Minimum of first degree with 2.2

Programme II: WIN with WISCAR 2 (WWW2) – Learning to Leap

• 4-8 years post-NYSC work experience
• Minimum of first degree with 2.2

The programmes will involve:

• Matching mentee with a mentor according to stated needs and goals
• Mentor/Mentee briefing
• Interactive Career Seminars
• High-Impact Learning Interventions
• Professional Book Reviews
• Speed Mentoring
