BN Cuisine: How to Make Ewa Agoyin/Aganyin on Chef Lola’s Kitchen
In today’s episode of Chef Lola’s Kitchen, we’re learning how to make Ewa Agoyin and Ewa Agoyin sauce, another popular and delicious Nigerian street food.
Ingredients:
Beans
- 1 lb Beans and Salt to Taste
- 6-8 Cups of Water
Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Dried Chilli
- 2 Dried Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 2 Tsp Cray Fish
- 2 Seasoning Cubes
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Cup Palm Oil

I hate beans as well, but Oga loves it, especially ewa goyin. Methinks i’ll try my hand at it.

As an ambassador of Ewa Agoyin..and as one that has been eating it since birth, i dont like the fact that you are trying to modernize or funkify Ewa agoyin. Pls treat this with respect and uphold the tradition that we all grew up with. Please upload a better picture up there and while you are it place white soft agege bread to complete the package. (Yes i know soft agege bread when i see it, i dont have to feel it) lol.
