28 Performances, 1 Stage! Lufodo Productions Presents ‘Heartbeat The Musical’

Nigeria’s veteran actors, Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva give life to theatre once again in a Lufodo productions, Heartbeat The Musical.

This theatrical masterpiece, written by Tosin Otudeko and Debo Oluwatuminu, is in a class of its own. The songs are original compositions, written by Tosin Otudeko and produced by Efosa Lawal. Directed by Najite Dede, Heartbeat The Musical is a tale of hope. It expresses that there are no short cuts to making greatness.

The show of 28 performances which will run for 19days kicked off on the 10^th of November, 2016 to an energetic and animated audience who were held spell-bound from the beginning to the end and didn’t leave until they gave the cast a rousing ovation for the brilliant performance.

Heartbeat The Musical, is anchored on Grace House, a well-known shelter for the homeless. It explores the themes of: Love, hate, betrayal, family, identity, politics, homelessness and social justice through the characters that converge in and around Grace House in search of refuge and atonement. It depicts our everyday lives, challenges and victories.

Date: November 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th and 26^th. December 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 18^th, 2016.
Time: Weekdays: 7pm and Weekends: 3pm and 7pm.
