Today on Chef Lola’s Kitchen, she’s showing us how to make a Ginger, Lemon & Pineapple juice. This drink is packed with vitamins, anti oxidants and anti inflammatory goodness that is great for your health. Here’s what she said;

The alliance of Ginger, Lemon/Lime and Pineapple is not only cordial but also appetizing. You can make this juice as a warming Winter juice or as a thirst quenching Summer drink.


  • Ginger – 0.7 Lb (200g)
  • Pineapple – 1.4 Lb (600g)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 Cups Room Temp. Water
  • 5 Cups Hot Water
  • Sweetner To Taste
