ABC’s ‘The View’ talk show hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin and Jedediah Bila discuss working mom’s guilt. Grey’s Anatomy actress, Sarah Drew, said she feels being a working mum has made her a better mother but kills her when her daughter reaches for her nanny instead of her.

Most working mum do not get to spend the whole day with their kids and have someone look after them in their absence. This in some cases has made their kids have a special bond with their nannies or guardian which some mum says makes them guilty. Do you agree?
