    If you want to help women in the banking industry start by making SMART girl for your marketing staff which by the way are mostly women. Don’t give some a target that is the budget of a LGA in the north and expect them not by put in a compromising situation. When you deal with scourge then we will listen. Banks in Canada are under fire because of doing a tiny fraction of what all the banks in Nigeria. Trust me heads will roll and companies will be heavily fined
