This is so cool. We love how the friendship between these two has lasted more than 3 decades – and they have achieved so much together!

Veteran media personality Dayo Adeneye posted a couple of old photos of himself and his business partner Keke Ogungbe together on Facebook and one can really see how far they have come together.

Dayo Adeneye wrote:

It’s been 30+ years of friendship, discovery, adventures, business and everything in between. From OGBC fm to Southern University (USA), Raypower /AIT, Primetime Entertainment, Kennis music, Grammys etc. We thank God and we keep moving. @kekeogungbe

Congrats to them. These two gentle men deserve national honours awards. They were the ones who made the Nigerian and African music to be more popular, through their radio shows and the label, Kennis Music. Bravo.

These guys are the real deal
    The original trail blazers
The first to make entertainment what it is now
I remember as a kid always watching them on AIT
They discovered 2face which brought Nigeria music to global stage
    They are truly ICONS
They also bridged the gap between Nigerians in diaspora and Nigerians at home
They both deserved national honours !

Guys MEN! Fedderal government please honour them. They’ve really tried. Not giving honour to those who don’t even make impact in our country. These ones deserved to be honoured. God bless.

I doubt if they will last this long if they were women

These two men are definitely LEGENDS!! I remember waiting until Friday evening to watch new videos on AIT and Primetime Jams, I probably watched a lot of music videos for the first time on their shows. Respect to veterans in the game, they truly deserve national honors.
