Stop stressing your Brain



Thank God it’s Friday ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and the BellaNaijarians on the high table.

The word for today is pretty simple: don’t just think it, ink it.

Here’s what writing down a plan or work flow does for you: it enables you see what you need to do, when to do it and how to do it. If you can see it, doing it becomes less difficult.

Why are you stressing your brain with so much to remember when you can just write it down?

Most of these plans come in a flash and are only kept in your sensory memory, and without writing them down you may easily forget.

Writing it down also helps you transmit the plan to your long-term memory.

    Really true… it is been said that ones subconscious mind works well with viewed images, thus having your plans written gives you an edge over just knowing your plans in thoughts!
