      I don’t understand how it’s done
So if they are igbos how are they representing different states. How does it work. Anybody can go get represented anywhere regardless of what state they are from.

I don’t choose by looks or Tribe. My definition of beauty is how they carry themselves their confidence and how they speak (eloquence and Articulation)and how intelligent they are, what comes out their mouth . I don’t choose by looks, regardless of what Tribe. I don’t care Tribe at all.

By the way doyin what you said was uncalled for

Here’s what I remember. It may well have changed.

Screening is done in 4 zones – Enugu, PH, Abuja and Lagos to select contestants. The 9 contestants who make it per zone are given states + 1 extra from Abuja (Abuja zone will have 10 contestants.) You can represent your state as long as it is in the zone you go to for screening. The states that have no contestants (some Northern states) are now allocated to Miss A.N.Other.

Some winners represented their states (Unoaku, Agbani, Anna. B, Isabella, Anita, Chinenye, Omasan, Regina, Munachi, Adaeze.)
Some winners didn’t represent their states (Bianca/Abuja she’s from Enugu, Lynda. C, Nike, Sabina, Rihole, Anne. S, Omowunmi/Kwara but she’s from Lagos, Sylvia, Iheoma, Sandra, Susan.H)

I think the reason they are mostly igbos is because there are few or no qualified indegenes from those respective states, n it seens like igbo girls like d pageant thing and are qualified sooo *shrug*. Fr example it wud b difficult for a typical kano or sokoto girl dat most likely comes from a muslim family to apply even if she meets d criteria.

After several years Silver bird is still doing an awful job . Expected them to have gotten it right by now . Even if you are in the pimping business show some class. It’s time each state representative send their own contestants .it’s getting ridiculously obvious that these contest and SB has lost its credibility

    Their potraits looked way better

I like winfrey okolo’s dress and analoo ibadin’s dress

Emmanuella yaboh, it looks like the blue train attached to your dress was an after-thought, it looks so rumpled and ill-fitted and your shoes appear too big for you

Ese amromawhe looks like she’s going on a date with a rich playboy

Its ending domestic violence and promoting equality this year, good
    Wish you all luck

Exactly! She’s the only one that seems intelligent. Seems all the others do is either singing, dancing, playing video games and surfing the net. At least she plays chess. I don’t know but she seems different and her pose and dress na to die for!
