She Made It! Highlights of Pinki Debbie’s record-breaking Dance Marathon

Our Girl Made It! All You Need to Know about Pinki Debbie breaking the World Record - BellaNaija

Pinki Debbie has broken the Guinness World Record for the “Longest Dance Marathon by an individual”!

Debbie set out to beat the record held by Indian Kalamandalam Hemaletha who danced for 123 hours 15 minutes back in 2010.

Dancing at the Palms Mall, from 12 PM on Friday, Debbie was constantly supported by fans and celebrities, who showed up to motivate her from day 1 until the end.

On the first day was comedian Seyi Law who stood to pose for a photo with Debbie.

Then there was dancer Kaffy and YBNL singer Viktoh, who showed up to dance with Debbie and provide moral support.

Shina PellerQuillox boss, was also on ground to provide, well, support too, spraying Debbie a couple of naira notes as she danced.

There was also actor Bryan Okwara and Reekado Banks, who both danced with Debbie while on her run, as did Alexx Ekubo and Yomi Casual.

Then it was the turn of the Nigerian Police, who showed up to march as Debbie danced.

Penalty” crooner Small Doctor also showed up, and so Debbie’s mum, putting a smile on Debbie’s face and egging her on.

LAX, too, did show up, along with Toyin Abraham and Isaac Geralds, just before Debbie broke the world record.

Pinki Debbie’s still going though, despite breaking the record, as she plans to set a new record of 150 hours.

So if you have plans to be at The Palms anytime before the end of tomorrow, you should probably peep in and show support.

Please EXPLAIN. How can someone dance for 122 hours? No sleep? No bathroom? No food? Chai BN, you can’t do things properly. Just one paragraph explaining what the rules are and how she did it is too much?
