Fitness Magic! Rydefit Studio hosted Keith Thompson of KTX Fitness
The event was another first for fitness in Nigeria and spinning in particular when Rydefit Studio hosted the legendary Keith Thompson of KTX Fitness in his FIRST EVER appearance in Nigeria and Africa.
With over 100 million views of his now celebrated training video, Rydefit had to bring KTX in to share his special brand of magic and of course push the spinning revolution taking over the country.
