If possible try and use a crowdfunding site, and give more details. Also write to your house of rep member from your local government. Government failure to properly equip hospitals is also part of the problem.

Nice gesture, but our society should be more accepting of widows, remarrying again. and still keep property will to them.

I really find celebs going to orphanages and whoring their pictures distasteful sha. Pictures of carton of Indomie and milo is even worse. This is whorification of the poor. Omotola should know better. Giving to the poor should be a private affair.
Imagine if these were your kids and random famous people turn up, disrupt their day with visits and then proceed to post pictures of them (at their most vulnerable) online for their own stupid PR and self serving Image. Do better celebs. Don’t be like the west using poor African kids as gapyearporn.

I disagree. The downside of exposure of the orphans and kids is not even comparable the upside they receive in terms of the awareness to the cause from the publicity. Whether we admit it or not, viewing this makes others consider giving or doing something similar. They might not actually do so, but they are nudged. It’s a net positive move.
