    oh wow… this is heart-warming.
Can we go further and start commissioning historians to write about Nigeria’s history pre-colonial and during colonial days? Can we introduce history into primary and secondary schools? This is more for the education minister really.

The matriarch looks so happy and proud. I’m ashamed, I wish we had something better for her to be proud of. I wish we were using our resources more effectively, I wish we were sincerely fighting corruption, I wish we had meaningful infrastructure in health system, so she could see that our leader merit the award. Wat a waste!

I know, she looks so elated to be there. Ee can only wish, but let’s start doing instead of wishing. Buharito stay true to what Dr King, does he even know who Dr King was let alone uphold what he stood for.
Most Africans are clueless about their own history but over here brainwashed on European history.

We all don’t have to run for local goverment before we can do something. Even if it’s as simple as obeying traffic lights and holding onto our trash and not littering.

We can always take it further and volunteer with NGOs, hospitals, government and private schools
