EatDrinkLagos, Maggi & Kitchen Butterfly present Jollof & Other Things Lagos | Today, August 19th
Jollof & Other Things is a food festival celebrating all types of Nigerian food, supporting Nigerian businesses and artisan creators and bringing together food lovers across Lagos.
Date: Sunday, August 19th, 2018.
Time: 12pm-8pm
Venue: Muri Okunola Park, Victoria Island, Lagos
Dozens of vendors of Nigeria’s best food producers will have appetizers, main dishes, desserts, cocktails, sweets and refreshments for sale, all under the theme of Nigerian meals.
The event is ticketed as follows:
- N800 for advance online tickets purchased before the day of the event
- N1000 for tickets purchase by card at the event and
- N1500 in cash at the event. Attendees are advised to purchase online in advance. The event is open to all ages and children, under 13, enter free if accompanied by adults.
The festival will also feature the Maggi Mystery Box Challenge in collaboration with Red Dish Chronicles Culinary School. The challenge will feature Red Dish Chronicles’ alumni and students and will be judged by a distinguished panel of Nigerian Chefs.

The festival will also feature art from local artists on display, a free documentary screening, and a silent disco, as well as all the food and drink on offer.
