The annual “Do It Afraid™” conference organized by Omilola Oshikoya International is a wealth creation event focused on the psychology of an entrepreneur. The goal is to inspire millennials to fulfill their dreams, visions, and purposes by overcoming fear.  The focus is on business-minded individuals who out of fear, lack the will and conviction to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.

The theme for the 2018 conference is “Flowing with Milk and Honey”. Despite the difficult economic climate, there are still endless opportunities to create wealth in the country. Milk and honey signify abundance, economic activity and productivity especially in agriculture which has a ripple effect on other sectors like technology, manufacturing, finance etc. There are many opportunities across different sectors and industries which are yet to be explored.

The conference is organized not just to inspire individuals to fulfill their dreams but to also encourage them in the process especially in a tough economic terrain.

Panelists include Ifedayo Durosinmi- Etti (Author/Founder Parliamo Bambini), Akintunde Oyebode (Executive Secretary, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund) and Bisi Ajayi, Group Head Gender Business, Bank of Industry. Glory Edozien (Founder Inspired by Glory/9to5Chick) and Aramide Abe of Naija Startups would be holding knowledge sharing sessions on Networking for growth and Social Media and Branding respectively.

Hilary Taiwo (Cosmetic Scientist) who was impacted by the Do It Afraid™ initiative will be sharing her story. The keynote speech is by Bankole Williams (Founder of Live Your Dreams Africa).

The panel of discussions will be moderated by Omobowale Agboade (Founder of Kid Entrepreneurs), The Money talk panel discussion will be moderated by Investment Expert Tomie Balogun and Adeolu Adefarasin (Actor/Talk show host) is the Master of Ceremony. Africa’s wealth connoisseur, Omilola Oshikoya is the convener of the conference.
