ACT Foundation to host its 3rd Breakfast Dialogue themed Social & Global Impact: Engaging for Growth | July 25th

 ACT Foundation will be hosting its 3rd annual Breakfast Dialogue in Lagos, Nigeria. Since inception, the ACT Foundation breakfast dialogue has created a platform for improved synergy among stakeholders in social, public and private sectors to engage for sustainable development in Africa.

This year’s breakfast dialogue speakers are Austin Okere, Founder, CWG Plc (Keynote Speaker),  Dapo Oyewole, Director, Public Sector Development, Palladium Group, Anna Samake,  CEO, MBC Africa, Gima Forje,  Acting CEO, TY Danjuma, Nonny Ugboma, Executive Secretary/CEO, MTN Nigeria Foundation, Dr. Modupe Adefose, MD/CEO TEP Centre, Ngozi Adebiyi, Lead Consultant, OutsideIn HR, Sefunmi Fadahunsi,Country Programme Manager, Oracle Academy  and Gbenga Sesan, Executive Director, Paradigm Initiative.

The ACT Foundation Breakfast dialogue will be held on Thursday, July 25th, 2019.

The dialogue will offer a critical look at the debates around Social and Global impact and their implications for performance management in developing organizations.

In a comment by the CEO, ACT Foundation, Osayi Alile, she highlights the significance of active engagement from players in sectors associated with regional and global development particularly as it affects economic and social growth.

“As far as development is concerned, we must always recognize that social deficits exist; and we cannot ignore the call to rapid development else we risk painting the picture of a planet beyond saving”, she asserted.

The event will focus on creating discussions that are necessary to develop transformative strategies and perspectives on maximizing the social development potentials of various organizations and the unveiling of Change-makers Innovation Challenge; conceived by ACT Foundation as a response to the impressive work of community non-profits in Africa who are leveraging technology to create social change in rural settlements. The challenge, open to all countries across Africa, is to support non-profits who are using technology to create innovative social offerings with funding to enable them to scale up impact within the community where they presently work and beyond. Funding support will be given to the top three winners and the People’s Choice winner.

The ACT Foundation Breakfast dialogue 2019 will witness a Masterclass session; an exclusive and practical session with seasoned experts who will each explore topics such as Harnessing the power of People to drive social impact, Using Digital tools to enhance your organizational development, and Measuring your Impact to ensure sustainability.
