Just like every other morning, the Pepper Dem Housemates are up and getting their fitness routine on. Although getting up was not of their own volition. Biggie had a hand in it as he ordered them all to head to the Arena. Left to the Housemates they would have gladly hit the snooze button.
Breath in, Breathe out
Leading one half of the Team, for a Yoga session was Seyi as he took the Housemates on a breathing exercise. Each Housemate took relaxed breaths as they got ready for heavier fitness drill. They say breathing exercises help you feel calm and in more control. As things get spicier in the Pepper Dem House, the Housemates will definitely need to master the art of keeping calm and in control, so they need this breathing exercise now more than ever. Mike had the other half of the Housemates working on their cardio before they eventually joined the rest of the other Housemates for a joint workout.
Tapping Out
Of course, not everyone was able to push through all the exercise drills. We had Housemates like Seyi, Diane tapping out in the middle of Planking. In fairness, they did good making it halfway through, but that approach isn’t going help when it comes to winning the eventual prize. The goal is to go all the way.
Game Time
Our Pepper Dem Housemates love to play and if they have a chance to play while working out, they will eagerly grab it with both hands. Luckily for them, they never run out fun play ideas and this morning, they came up with one to make the work more fun and competitive.

Pair Up
With 300 Bet9ja Coins at stake, the Housemates pair with the strongest partner.
Apart from playing fun Games, another thing the Housemates have an affinity for is finding other Housemates to pair up with. Sometimes the pairings are romantic (side eye Gedoni and Khafi) and other times, they are of the gossipy nature. So it really wasn’t so hard for them to select a partner to pair up as ordered by Biggie who was in a generous mood and ready to reward them with 300 Bet9ja Coins for the Task ahead. Nelson who is currently the Head of House was exempted from this.

Housemates, Freeze!
What happens when a Housemate falls asleep during a freeze moment?
As a little relief exercise in the Pepper Dem House, Biggie surprised the Housemates with amusing freezing moments. As anticipated, Biggie’s Ninjas played a major role in the freeze times. Trust us to capture the different categories the Housemates portrayed during this little exercise:
The Snoring Hulk
While proving to be smarter than Biggie, the Housemates took comfortable positions as soon as the heard him shout – Freeze! In their respective “fake sleeping” positions, our very own Mike was found snoring, as he had already moved past the freeze moment and moved straight into dreamland.
Bonnie and Clyde
We always have that one couple that does everything together. Eat together, play together and freeze together. Our Pepper Dem couple of the Season – Ghedoni, served couple goals during the freeze moments. Biggie’s Ninjas did not spare them during the whip cream rounds they had in the garden, as they were the easy target for Biggie’s torture.
The Sleep-Warriors
Ike was seen fighting a Ninja who attempted to take off his sunglasses during the freeze exercise. This prompted Biggie’s Ninjas to raid the House for the second round of freeze session – as an act of revenge for Ike. Unfortunately, the other Housemates suffered the whip cream torture, except Jeff who saw the whip cream punishment as a treat, as he licked off the cream as the Ninjas sprayed on.
The Jokers
Omashola did not fail to portray his goofy side during this freeze times.
Roles and Props
Acting time!
Earlier today, Big Brother asked the Housemates to form a pair. Each pair was further tasked to select a pair leader. The essence of this was for the Housemates to develop their acting skills in preparation for the Thursday Night Play Presentation. What’s at stake? A 100 Bet9ja Coins each for the Best Celebrity actor and the Best Celebrity PA actor.
Half of a Pair
The task of the day was read by Nelson and here is what it entailed. One half of each pair must play the role of an internationally acclaimed celebrity. The remaining half of the pair must play the role of a personal assistant to their celebrity. Being an assistant demanded that they cook, clean, massage and pamper their celebrity whatever manner the celebrity demands.
As soon as the Housemates heard the privileges attached to being a celebrity actor, some of them started clamouring for a change. Too late guys, you already chose your leader and Biggie took note of that. Better luck next time.
Popping Props
As part of the role-playing, Big Brother had props delivered to the House. Immediately Nelson announced the storeroom was opened, the Housemates made a beeline for it but the Head of House took control of the situation and distributed the props. Way to go, HoH!
Celebrities bring your game on!
It was a buzz in the House as the Housemates got into their roles proper. PAs like Jeff, Khafi Frodd and Omashola made sure their celebrities were at ease. The celebrity actors- Jackye, KimOpra, Sir Dee, Seyi, and Gedoni brought as much obnoxiousness and diva attitude to the game as they could manage with their impersonation of Kanye West, Jay-Z and Beyoncé. With these performances, we don’t envy Nelson his job of selecting the best performance.
