“Impact” can be defined as the action of one object coming forcibly into contact with another. When it comes to ministry, the level of your impact will be found in the power that is contained in the words you either speak or sing.

Most Ministers you listen to today who are genuinely called; can preach well. There is enough material out there to put a good sermon together. When you, however, ask them how satisfied they are at the impact of their ministry and its growth as solely compared with the vision God has placed in them, they are deeply dissatisfied. They believe they should have much more impact on the lives of people.

There is the priesthood which is first Godward and our first calling and then, there is the kingly aspect which deals with how we organize and manage the ministry. Many mock good organizers saying they are much better preachers, they say the advantage others have is in their ability to organize.

Management of ministry is an anointing and must not be despised. It is how you multiply impact and reach with the same input.
