Video: Lágbájá – Bling Bling Panda

Lágbájá needs no introduction on any grounds, musically in Nigeria. His longevity is a testament to the efficacy of good music. Since his 1993 debut, he’s garnered a cult following of ‘Africano’ enthusiasts. In his dual disc offering (Paradise & Sharp Sharp), he’s waxed somewhat satirical from his Politically conscious forte of his We Before Me days.
Panda /kpanda/ is a Yoruba word for Brass or substandard gold if you will. Bling bling Kpanda takes shots at people who feel the need to keep up with the Bling phenomenon.
Definitely a fun video to watch.
Enjoy.

Haha..Lagbaja never lets me down. Love it!
Lmao..ok we all know he is dissing those pangolo boys yarning dust singing about maga and bentley. Funny as hell…are those QC girls in blue and white? Nice
Hahaha, lagbaja has killed, e le dissappoint. Exactly my point, tell dem, evrytin 4rm obodo onyibo, den must copy, tschewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! D peeps they are copying sef r nothing but drug peddlers, God help Nigeria!!!
Song is painful to listen to, video looks like a really bad nollywood drama. BS all the way. Get a job at GTB or something. Wait, did they just do the running man? OMG he just attempted to backslide…#DEAD
You are obviously a very ignorant individual who has no idea how to give constructive criticisms…it’s sad you can’t appreciate the satire in this awesome music…wait…you are probably one of those little boys who are trying to emulate something they don’t understand
Just because someone does not agree with the majority, doesn’t make him ‘a little boy’. Haba. Can we not agree to disagree? Beg to differ? Freedom of speech?
I happen to think the vid and song are a little disappointing for someone in the caliber of Lagbaja. I live in the diaspora, and I love showing friends 9ja vids including Lagbajas, but this one won’t be one of them. Just saying.
Lola, Na Government work? Let him air his opinions jor. Abi na by force?
BTW Lagbaja rocks.
i could bet dat his lagbaja’s son.
Seems he wrote that for his son and the boy appeared in the video too. Nice…
Lagbaja is a great entertainer! I am partial to his work and wish him continual success…
Leave matter for Mathias…at least, the msg is clear…Just be yourself!!! Love yourself and be the pacesetter instead of folow follow panda person…Keep doing us proud Oga Labaja!!!
lol…
it’s sad dat people don’t understand d satire in dis entire producion… and tbh, Lagbaja cudn’t have done it better. d video was meant to be as simple as dat t bring d message to full clarity. or have u not seen other more complex videos frm lagbaja? d person who did d video is not stupid and thougght it was best suited to d song and i cudn’t agree more. now feel free to voice ur ridiculous insults to my comment
I totally love this video…it made me laugh so hard.
and the message is clear too!
Lagbaja is the shiznit and like someone said, I am very partial to his music…he can almost do no wrong in my eyes!:)
i love the message….lagbaja is fanastic!
Its a cool plartform…..i really fancy lagbaja’s creativity and concepts……….
