With his smooth and alluring vocals and energetic live performance, Aaron Wright is pretty much a less brash, not so in-your-face, much calmer Chris BrownAaron Wright (also known as A-Dubb) is a 21 year old Nigerian R&B/Pop singer based in the US.

Growing up in Shreveport, Louisiana and later moving to Atlanta at 18 to pursue his music career, Aaron has been able to expose himself to so many different avenues; so much so that they got him performing in Brussels and Amsterdam, as well as sitting in sessions in the studio with the likes of Chip, Sean Gareth and Super Producer RedOne among others to learn.

Now, having crafted his art in Dance Hall, R&B & Pop; he’s ready to bring his sound back home with his catchy new single “I Need Your Love”. For me, it took a while to kick in but as soon as I heard Aaron’s soft vocals on the track and the way he played with melodies, i decided to just sit back and Enjoy!

Not that i am trying to be rude, but how is he nigerian, like what is his heritage, his nigerian name? I h8 when nigerian parents give their children foreign names that has nothing to do with their identity. As Africans our names hold means literally and to our lives. I just dont get it. As for me and my family my children most bare their native name, other countries were colonized by europeans, especially india, and they still bear their native names. Other than that his music is okay. But BN please next time explain how the person’s nigerian origin when you call them nigerian

He looks mixed, maybe his mom didnt want him to bear an african name, but i see what you are saying. I feel most artist that claim nigerian should be able to authenticate it by saying how they are are nigerian. In his case i think his dad is nigerian though. His music is dope regardless, he has some more on youtube. Nice looking out bella.

Very quick to judge the guy and his family. Enjoy the music, the guy try. I personally know some a lot of mixed and quarter nigerian kids that want nothing to do with naija, this guy chose to represent and you have a problem with it? The music dey on point.

There are many multi-ethnic families that agree that some names will be from either one heritage or the other. I know many families like that and we see them everyday…. besides that this jam is nice, i’m really feeling it
