Etcetera Rising



etcetera-ejikeme Nigerian soft rock artiste Pascal Uche Ejikeme better known as Etcetera is enjoying the fruits of his labour. He has been nominated for Hip-Hop World 2009 Awards: Recording of the Year, Best Vocal Performance (Male) and Best RnB/Pop Album. His latest singles ‘Hello’ and ‘This Is Not A Song’ are gaining traction with music lovers and above all he is breaking new ground by delving into the soft rock genre in Nigeria. We featured Etcetera on our BN Hottest Bachelors in Entertainment List last week and now how is how chance to listen to his music!

    I think he has potential, but I get this uncomfortable feeling like he is trying to hard. It makes it a bit awkward. With time, he’ll probably be much better.

    And it is really hard to understand the words of the song.

    out of all the guys bella has feautured,i havnt heard a better voice than him.he has a musicians voice,unlike some of our naija musiciand that think that once u can talk it then automatically means u can sing…kudos to u bro,ur a real musician..

    The videos are super-cheesy. Def trying too hard. Then again, at least, he is not using that stupid vocorder shit. He is actually singing with his own voice.

    I Have never posted on any link before, but cos its Etcetra i would, cos he’s one of the best artiste in Nigeria. He has the lyrics, the voice and nice carriage to make beautiful songs. I love his songs, there are few artiste in Nigeria and he’s among the few.He sings songs not make noise, he sends messages. Keep soaring brother, the sky is just the begining for you. ……… luv ur songs.

    I just heard one of his its a new release or not, but den it was powerful. It has d title “Ring the alarm”. Keep it up dude. D Lord shall bless d work of Ur hands. I like Ur originality.
