BN Music Premiere: Trybe Records Presents Aramide – I Don’t Mind | It’s Over

Trybe Records’ First Lady, Aramide, after making us really really wait, is finally here with her official debut singles, “I Don’t Mind” and “It’s Over”.

On Aramide‘s debut singles, she shows both sides of the coin of love, never forgetting to infuse a little Yoruba here and there. On “I Don’t Mind”, an uptempo piano-laced Jazz number, she tells off the haters of her relationship.

While on “It’s Over”, a more somber Afro Soul ballad, as the song title entails, her boyfriend, poor Bolaji gets the boot.

Enjoy!

Aramide is awesome and we are blessed to hear her voice. She was signed to Trybe before Eva and she has quietly worked her way up. Make-up or not.. She is beautiful and has a beautiful voice. Can’t wait for her album or for her to sing at my wedding!!!

I don’t mind, the song, for a number of very creative & marketable reasons, globally speaking. Quite a sharp contrast from the subtleties of ‘It’s Over’, whilst the emphasis of Aramide’s ingenuity remains pivotal in this fresh composition, from Trybe records, Nigeria. Nice work guys.
