Nice song. As d theme song 4 DSTV Supersport 4 African Nations Cup fiesta in South Africa in 2013 d song will surely trend not only in Africa but globally. Congrats Dbanj

    December 14, 2012 at 2:41 pm

Sounds like Akon…sampling Akon big time…not impressed at all, this is not original. Without Don Jazzy he is an has been. D’Banj you are about to fall down to earth 🙁

  19. Lala1

    December 14, 2012 at 2:41 pm

This is a very smart track and the timing cant be better. It is not a vocal success but I see it being played at major competitions held in Africa (now and in the future)…It has commercial success written all over it..Well done Dbanj but we need another fast tempo song thats makes the ‘iamdbanj or skibanj like my Jamiacan friends call me’ sound more convincing.

Indifferent to D’banj but I think it’s the best thing he’s released in a very long time.

  30. anonymous

    December 14, 2012 at 7:56 pm

Damn… the dicition, the voice no! no! Suspect he is trying to an “Akon” but what he does not realise is that his voice is not like Akon’s. Stick to what you do! this is not going to be the next olympic/FIFA theme song

  31. what

    December 14, 2012 at 7:58 pm

Couldnt listen for more than one minute…and I am a dbanj fan…love the message, but the vocals are not pleasing to my ear…he needs his old flavour or whatever it was back….

  32. Kamal

    December 14, 2012 at 7:59 pm

Not bad really! Nice Tune! He’s not a vocalist but not bad.

  33. Itohan

    December 14, 2012 at 8:29 pm

This guy – with this voice – will not even pass through the first audition of US/UK X-factor or American idol. True talk o: without Don Jazzy his vocal prowess is mediocre at best. He just has showbiz gravitas which anyone and many people have anyway. But a voice to die for: nil.

  34. Joan

    December 14, 2012 at 9:44 pm

As much as I hate to admit it, D’banj is now international. This song is international. he is trying to appeal to a global audience now, not just Africans. And I actually like this song. 🙂

Am beggining to signs of Illuminati… if you are on top of the world, why does your album cover show you under the light. Finally Dbanj has been sucked into it.. Sony Music. I pray for your soul boi.

    December 15, 2012 at 1:19 pm

Some of u jus yarn offpoint…..Whats wrong wiv his diction?R u flipping kidding? If he sang wiv some phonetics,u’l all criticize! Now he sounds like a very confirmed Nigerian,u complain ‘cos this song is for international audience???Pls leave this guy alone for God’s sake pls. Some of u jus never wanna see good in anything he does tho’ some are very constructive and happy to hear positive stuff abt him.Isn’t it obvious dis D’banj guy clearly moves higher by the day…[email protected] lady who thinks he can’t be someone’s icon, have u got a problem?Do u understand hw diverse music is?Wot may be pleasing to u may not be pleasing to someone else and vice versa.Music is not only abt vocals!Leave this dude alone.

Well the song started wrongly with a low rhythm, on the long run he could have done better, I supposed to really love this song, i think the producer or whoever did the beat should be smacked severely for not doing justice to this song, I guess Dbanj is headed in the right direction, thumbs-up!

@Joan,if it took u this long to admit that he has gone international, then its obvious u have never been happy to hear about his immediate past succeses. In other words,I might have to term you a Sadist!

  44. yudy

    December 16, 2012 at 2:55 pm

Jeez! Why did he force himself so much to sound like Akon?I don’t like the song, one bit!It doesn’t sound like him.I think m cool with the lyrics, but, the song is really too slow to be D’banj’s. It actually lulled me to sleep. *yawning*
