I’ve been blessed to be out in South Africa for the MTV All Stars concert in Durban and it has been one heck of an exciting time out here. Nonetheless, work has been far away this whole time and I’m still here to keep you in the loop of what’s been going on this week. So, fasten your seat belts, guys because we’re in for a fun ride.

The brand new GLO Ambassador, Bez Idakula seems to be blatantly debunking wedding rumors. After his engagement last month, the last we heard from Soul crooner, Bez Idakula was when he was picked as a new ambassador for Telecomms Giant, GLO.
A while back, a lot of word from the grapevine surfaced online insisting that Bez and his fiancee, Bolatito Ladoja were set to wed this June 2013 in Italy. But, soon after the alleged wedding date made waves online, the “Stupid Song” crooner took to Twitter to say this:

He seemed really unhappy with the issue but as he wasn’t specific about what was ‘upsetting’ him, would it be fair to assume that it had something to do with wedding?

Speaking of Bez, the “Zuciya Daya” singer is back in the studio again for his second album. I really can’t wait to see what he’s got in store for us especially since he’s working with Cobhams Asuquo, Beyonce‘s percussionist – Marcie & been putting in a lot of work in a studio out in Houston, Texas.

Celebrity photographer & ‘Mavinbot’ Toni Tones put up the above photo of her looking fierce in this bold black dress with a plunging neck line. I like the fashion but for a fashion photog, I thought she would have paid a little more attention to the little details, you know, like the WHOLE background; Love the dress, nonetheless.

Yvonne Nelson’s been in the news again for look ing hot in a bikini and also, for having a Nigerian enterkraner entertainer as a boyfriend. From Iyanya to Ice Prince & Dammy Krane, the rumors don’t want to stop. So, I did a little research myself to find out if she has someone special in her life and I was really lucky to find out the identity of her ‘best friend’ – Mr. Kweku Bentil.
At first, I thought to myself that he just has to be her manager, but with all the captions sounding non-business related with ‘besties4life’ in one of them, I daresay that’s he’s most likely not. Here are a few more photos of them together in the past few months.
Whether it’s just chilling on the beach, having a date for D’Black‘s album launch or being at her “House of Gold” movie premiere, Mr. Kweku Bentil is quite the supportive ‘best friend’.

I like how there’s so much more collaboration in the industry now. Just look at this photo of Sound Sultan, Vector, Phyno & Solidstar and imagine the immensity of a “Skibo”-lized “Follow Me Dey Go” on “Ghost Mode” with a little extra “Natural Something”. This better turn out to be a hit song because we need that right about now.

Wizkid & Dammy Krane, alongside Banky W, are out in Ghana right now to perform at the Ghana Music Awards. But, that just reminds me of where all the money keeps pouring in for the Star Boy. Is it just me that notices the resemblance? Reality TV star & OAP Karen Igho put up photos from her midnight swim a few days ago where she was wearing a pair of dark shades and a racy black swimsuit – tankini.

What really piqued my attention wasn’t actually her swimming with her shades on at night, but rather, the black swimsuit itself looks quite similar to top of the ensemble she wore to the MTV All Star Party in the photo above. What do you think?
